These Terms govern your use of the private, invite-only scheduling tool that 4CTeams (“we”) operates at app.4cteams.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Access is by invitation only and may be granted, changed, or revoked at any time. You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account, and you agree to use the Service only as authorized by your organization.
Use the Service only for its intended purpose — coordinating and scheduling your organization’s teams. Do not misuse it, attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms, and we will revise the effective date above.
